Byrd was born on the front lines of high-pressure tech ops. Our founders spent years in the trenches. They led SRE and DevOps teams through high-stakes launches, 3 AM outages, and the endless scramble to keep complex systems running smoothly.
We lived the pain of scaling infrastructure under intense pressure, and we saw first-hand how even well-funded teams can struggle when their foundations aren't solid. We knew there had to be a better way for growing companies to build with confidence and without chaos.
